Bmi For Women In Germany

Christmas time # 1 - White Chocolate Beggars

So easy to do but not what I would call a recipe. It's just an idea like that ...

For 25 beggars
200 g white chocolate very good
and decorate: blanched almonds, candied orange peel, pistachios blanched natures, pine nuts

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in water bath (the temperature should not exceed 45/50 ° C).
Stir frequently until the chocolate is smooth and shiny.
Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper on which you will put 5 teaspoons of melted chocolate. The spread with the back of the spoon to give them the shape of a disk of 4 cm in diameter. Lay an almond on each beggar, 2 gears, 2 nuts and some diced candied orange peel.
Repeat until all the ingredients.
Allow to harden for two hours in a cool (but not the refrigerator) before taking off beggars sheet of paper.
